User Specified Electrode Gap in Open Air Arc Flash

As of right now, when a user specifies a bus as "open air" in order to use the arc flash options for "open air" calculations, the open air calculations force the electrode gap to the values from NFPA 70E Annex D.8 based on voltage, which are often much smaller gap distances than what the actual electrode gaps will be. Not sure if there is a mandatory requirement to use these NFPA electrode gap distances for open air for some reason, but seems it would make more sense to be able to enter and use the actual electrode gaps, that might be much larger gaps than the NFPA values.
