Calculate Downstream Load in BUS DATA should Accomodate Incomer and Tie-Feeders as well.

Currently, if a switchgear is connected through tie with another train with Breaker Normally Open, the "Calculate Downstream Load" button only calculates Downstream Load and show "0" in Incomer and Tie Feeder row. But if Tie-Feeder is disabled, then it will show all the downstream loads and its accumulation at the Incomer feeder. Both Scenario are same but acts differently. This can be considered as a bug and should be fixed.

Also, Calculate Downstream Load should by default calculate all the downstream loads and how much power flow is coming through which upstream should be shown in the spreadsheet, irrespective of looping arrangement. With developing industry standards and requirements, there will be systems with multiple tie-feeders and multiple incomer feeders. Easypower should limit load calculations for upstream feeders.
