Button for open file location and set default location

Add a button to File-Properties and Options-File Location to open the current project folder.

Add a checkbox to set ALL project related files (not templates)to the current project folder. Unchecking this checkbox should revert back to the "documents folder".

Add a location for ALLtemplates to be relocated to a corporate shared folder
